As part of its commitment to advance Africas transformation through educational mentorship and global skills transfers. The team at Emergination Africa conducted an in person survey with over 100 participants across 12 secondary schools in Harare, Zimbabwe.
The results pointed to the need to change the way career and work readniess is provided in government secondary schools, an area we are extremely passionate about. We fundementally believe that if we can provide young learners across Zimbabwe with better quality career counseling services that a teenager in a developed country would we can bridge the gap of talent and opportunity for young Africans to be globally competitive.
Above are some highlights of our survey which we are seeking to expand in the coming months to ensure that through our Global Competency Program we can create the right solutions over time.
