VIA Learner's Natural Baobab Fruit Juice Becomes a Break Time Hit!

Recently, we caught up with Nutrimed, the VIA team from Northlea High School and we're so excited to congratulate them for being able to produce their recently launched Baobab fruit juice in constant streams at their school for about 4 weeks now! The juice has become a hit!!!

The team is made up of five brilliant and determined young people. Ivy Ndlovu leads the company as the CEO, Samuel Khuphe - Human Resources, Praise Maliko - Finance, Lora Mubaiwa - Manager and O'shea Manomano - Marketing and Sales.

According to the team, this has been their most exciting achievement, starting the business and being able to develop a product that their colleagues love. They are very grateful for the opportunity they were given to be pa`rt of this programme, an opportunity which has allowed these young people to call themselves business owners.

Their Team Captain O'shea said, "The NBCC experience has been EPIC!!! We've met local and international business gurus, mingled with other young brilliant minds, received powerful and impactful knowledge on business and entrepreneurship, and have even had the opportunity to start our own business ... it has just been epic!"

Such feedback from our learners as they go through the "Realise" phase of the Virtual Innovation Accelerator (VIA) gives us hope, and gets us really, really excited about the future of Africa. These young people are learning the process of building a business first hand, an experience which beats any theoretical business class, and an experience that will carry them through their entrepreneurial journeys.

"Success isn't just about what you accomplish in your life, it's about what you inspire others to do."

All our sponsors, partners and stakeholders have done so much over the past few months to make sure that the VIA programme continues to be a success and we just want to say thank you! It's because of all of you that these young people are excited about their futures!
